Delicious way to prepare cornish hens - loved the glaze! I cut the number of hens, but kept the glaze the same as I did not want to make a mistake on it. The only thing I left off was the pine nuts. We love ancho chili powder because it adds so much depth of flavor without the heat. Made for My Three Chefs, June, 2012.
