We tried this for Easter dinner, along with buttered baby carrots, herbed basmati rice, and freshly baked potato rolls. It was exceptional! The hen was incredibly juicy and flavourful, and the marinade provided exquisite flavour without being overpowering or too sweet. I loved the subtlety of the flavours, and the pan juice was fantastic over the rice. I made the recipe exactly as written, with the exception of concentrating (via reduction) fresh orange juice in place of frozen concentrate (which I didn't have). This is an outstanding recipe, and one that will be used often in our house. Thanks so much for posting!

We tried this recipe for our Christmas dinner instead of the usual turkey. The recipe turned out fantastic. The meat was really juicy & full of flavour. I added some orange zest, grated ginger & one garlic clove for added flavour. We will definitely have this recipe again. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Wow! I made for two cornish game hens. I did cut the curry powder down to 1 tsp. Absolutely flavorable and wonderful! This is a keeper!
