  1. Preheat oven 180-200°C.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar.
  3. Add egg white and beat.
  4. Fold in flour, milk & coconut mix together.
  5. Fold in cornflakes - mix gently till combined.
  6. Place spoonfuls on tray sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Makes 25 - 30 small cookies.
