Don't have a box of "Shake and Bake" or don't have time to put a bunch of such ingredients together? This is so easy and delicious.
- 5 -6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
- 5 cups crushed corn flakes
- salt and pepper
- Take thawed breasts and dip into yogurt until well coated.
- Dip into flakes.
- Season to taste.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in 350 oven 1 hour or til juices run clear.
