- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup cream of wheat or 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 cup fat free sour cream or 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
directions
- Mix all the ingredients and bake in a square glass pan in a 400° preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes.
