    Salad

    Directions:

      Cornbread:.

      Combine dry ingredients.

      Combine others. Mix both together.

      Bake in greased 8" square baking pan in preheated 425 deg. oven 20-25 minute.

      Salad:.

      Crumble cornbread in bowl.

      Add onion, pepper, & tomato.

      Mix mayo, mustard, pepper, salt.

      Cooked, crumbled bacon, optional.

      Pour over, stir & chill.

      (My cornbread recipe is off of Aunt Jemima's yellow cornmeal).
