  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • In a medium skillet, saute onions in butter over medium-high heat until golden,about 10 minutes, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix egg and water.
  • Stir in corn.
  • Stir in dry milk and muffin mix until blended.
  • Stir in onions.
  • Spread in mix into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  • Let stand 10 minutes and cut into squares.
