We call this "Crazy Cake" because I didn't think my kids would eat something called Cornbread Cake. We love this for a different snack. Tried it one day when I needed to make something with a limited pantry. We usually have these ingredients in the pantry at all times. I've also made it with 1/2 t almond extract and 1/2 t orange extract when I was out of vanilla.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Not only is this cake absolutely delicious and oh so moist, but it is so very easy to make. My husband is crazy about it. I got this same recipe from a great friend. Looked it up because the cooking temperature was in question. In a non-stick greased and floured pan I cook it at about 335 degrees. I highly recommend this cake. Oh sooooooo good!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
