This is a yummy Bisquick recipe. Not the healthiest, but great comfort food.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Brown the onion.
  3. Add ground beef and brown.
  4. Add seasonings, soup, and water.
  5. Bring just to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix all ingredients together for cornbread batter. Pour batter over meat in casserole dish.
  7. Bake 20 minutes.

My husband loved this dish (5 stars from him)! The tomato soup adds nice consistency and flavor. Next time I make this, I'll add less water; (my generic brand tomato soup is a bit runny). I'll also make it slightly sweeter and a less grainy to suite both my husband's and my tastes. It's a keeper; thanks!
