    Directions:

      Heat oil in a large skillet over med. high heat.

      Add yellow onions and sausage.

      Saute 1 minute

      Add green onion, celery, bell peppers and garlic.

      Saute 1 minute

      Stir in corn muffins, stock and Creole season. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

      Cook stirring and shaking the skillet about 2 minute
    8. 8
      Remove from heat and serve.
