  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 12 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease an 8" square pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes; pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.

This was the best cornbread I have ever had. It was so moist, I suppose from the creamed corn.
