- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1⁄2 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease an 8" square pan.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes; pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.
This was the best cornbread I have ever had. It was so moist, I suppose from the creamed corn.
