directions

  • Saute onion and green chilies in the melted that has been melted in a saucepan just until the onion is tender.
  • Add frozen corn and cook until heated through.
  • Stir in shredded cheese and salt and pepper to taste and stir until the cheese is melted.
  • Stir in sour cream to mix well and heat the sour cream up.
  • Enjoy.

  1. Ahhh, Hopie....not only did JT win last night, but this recipe is an absolute winner! Comfort food at it's finest. I made a dubble batch, lol. GONE. There's only 4 of us & YES, I had chicken & salad as well. I didn't have a nice, easy can-o-chiles so I chopped up a couple jalapenos. Then scratched my eye...DUMB. I am so tired but we REALLY, REALLY enjoyed this recipe. Love ya, babe!! Made for ZWT5 5/09.

  5. I think I gained weight MAKING this dish! Made as written but I added 1/2 can green chilies and 1/2 can minced jalapeno to crank up the heat. It was very rich but this is a keeper!
