- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (You can use 5 drops of lemon juice as a substitute)
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- Drain the water from the can.
- Empty the corn into a microwave-proof bowl.
- Heat it for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave.
- Add lemon pepper or lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
