WoW, this is a nice scrub! I flavored the scrub with peppermint oil. What an exhiliarating feeling! I plan to keep this in my shower! I'm delighted to have this recipe for a great body exfoliate! Thanks so much, PetsRus!

Gorgeous scrub! I made this using ground Basmati long-grain rice as a substitute for cornmeal since I haven't come across the latter here in Oman. Ground rice worked like a charm(A special THANK YOU to Auntie Heather Feather who gave me this suggestion!). For the liquid bath soap, I used my favourite one - Enchanteur Alluring Perfumed Hand liquid soap. This liquid soap is a beautiful baby pink colour and it imparted a very cute baby pink-white mix colour to the scrub. As for the oil, I used my favourite Himalaya Herbals Revitalising Hair Oil. I love the smell of this oil. I had to omit the Vitamin capsules simply because I didn't have any. I used peppermint oil for fragrance and it made the scrub all the more good! I have made several batches of this for gift giving on July 2nd(It happens to be 2 years of completion of my battle against obesity!). I'm so glad you post these scrub recipes. I just love you for this! {{{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}} Charishma
