This recipe allows you to play around. I enjoyed the lemons and parsley together.
This looked easy, and I had all the ingredients, so I tried it. Not sure of amounts, so used 2 cups frozen wht&yel corn, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, dried parsley, and 3 thin slices of lemon(minced up), lightly salted. I also heated the corn for 3 minutes first, so we had this warm/hot. It was surprizingly good... my hubby loved it!
