This was wonderful. I cut the recipe in half because there were only 3 of us eating. I also used the Mexi-corn but I used all the other ingredients. I am definitely going to make this again. make sure you do nt add the chips until the last minute before serving as they get soggy. For this reason it is also not a good dish to have leftovers of.

Everyone loves this. I've substituted the Mexi-corn when I didn't have the green bell pepper. Thanks for having it here on Zaar. I'd lost my copy.

Got the recipe from a potluck at work and knew someone on here had to have it, too. Even the kids love this one. I took to a party and not everyone got a chance to try it before it was gone. I gave out the recipe to five other people. Thanks for sharing! It's saved in my cookbook for next time.
