  1. heat oven to 325, grease a 2 quart baking dish.
  2. in bowl beat eggs, add butter, sugar,sugar and spices.
  3. stir in remaining ingredients, pour into baking dish.
  4. bake 1 hour,15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Delicious. A little sweet, which I liked, and a nice texture which spooned easily. Top with cheese and you have a perfect dish for company - a good side-dish with seafood, too! I can see all kinds of additions to very this recipe - red bell peppers. diced onions, sliced olives, cooked sausage.. use your imagination! I will make this again! Great for a potluck supper!

LOL! Since my baking dish stated on the bottom that it was "one quart" and this recipe called for a 2-quart, I cut the recipe in half. Of course, who ever labeled the bottom of my dish was wrong, so therefore my corn pudding was only an inch deep. LOL! My husband I and loved it anyway. It was creamy and it also had the whole kernel texture. I was thinking that next time I will make the full recipe and add bacon too. Thanks for posting Chia!
