Another recipe from the Mennonite cookbook.
- 2 cups fresh corn or 2 cups canned corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour or 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- To the corn add salt, sugar, flour, and melted butter. Combine.
- Beat eggs and milk together. Add to corn mixture.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
