- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups liquid from drained corn and water
- 1⁄3 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained, reserve liquid
- In a large bowl stir all of the ingredients together.
- Bake on a greased heated griddle.
