  • 3 eggs, seperated
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French fried onion rings, divded

directions

  • Beat eggs yolks until think and lemon colored.
  • Add next 4 ingredients and blend well.
  • Stir in 1 cup French fried onions.
  • Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into a 1-1/2 quart ungreased casserole dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
  • Serve immediately.
