Great on a monsoon day!
- 150 ml oil
- 2 cups corn, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- black pepper
- 6 slices bread, cut into 2 halves each
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- Put oil in a pan.
- Add corn, salt, curd, cilantro, green chillies and pepper.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Fry 6 bread slices till light brown.
- Put the above mixture on bread once its cooked and serve immediately.
