We made the Italian butter and really slathered it on. The corn got a little over cooked but the flavor of the butter was really good. Looking forward to making the Dill butter next. Update, we make the dill butter tonight. It was just as yummy as the Italian. I can tell we will be making these a lot this summer!
Awesome recipe. I tried the Italian butter version & we all loved it. We're headed out to the lake & we're going to try another one tonight. Only change I made was use 1 layer of parchment paper & 1 of foil, then it's guaranteed not to burn. The corn was quick, easy & tasty tasty tasty, thanks for sharing.
I didn't make all of the seasoned butters, just the dill butter. This butter was so good on the corn that I'd have a hard time trying the others. I w ant dill butter over and over again! Even my son loved it and the next day used it on his green beans. The only change I made was to reduce the amount of lemon juice - a few drops was enough for us. Thanks for an easy, make again recipe.
I've never tried corn on the cob other than cooked and smothered in butter, salt and pepper, so this was differant. I think it would have been fantastic, if the corn I bought had been sweeter and fresher. I want to try the other 2 variations too and hope to have better corn then. :)
