A Summer Classic on the lighter side.Or add real butter or margarine if you wish.
- 4 ears unhusked corn
- 1 (1/2 ounce) package Butter Buds
- Peel down husk,remove silk and divide BUTTER BUDS liquid evenly over each ear of corn.
- Recover with the husk.
- Heat over coals or grill.
- Turn one-fourth the way around every 3 to 5 minutes.
The only way to BBQ corn! I usually sprinkle some salt/pepper on with the butter. Delish!
