- Slice kernels off each ear of corn.
- Put corn in a skillet with 1/3 cup water and cook, stirring a few times, over medium heat until water evaporates, about 3 minutes.
- Add butter and chili powder.
- Lower heat slightly and cook about 3 minutes, stirring a few times.
Easy, Fast, Tasty. Corn with a pleasant attitude. It went really great with grilled hamburgers. We added salt, but others might not need to do so. I would like to try this just using frozen whole kernel corn to see if I can make it even more easily.

Very yummy - and easy! We used a package of frozen corn and added some salt. Mmmmmm. Looks very pretty, too!
