- 236.59 ml elbow macaroni
- 432.33 g can yellow whole kernel corn, undrained
- 432.33 g can white whole kernel corn, undrained
- 425.24 g can cream-style corn
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 118.29 ml butter or 118.29 ml margarine (can be reduced by half if need be)
- 118.29 ml diced onion
- 1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
directions
- In a 13X9 inch ungreased pan, combine all ingredients.
- Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, then continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
