A little twist on the regular cooked corn.
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped to your liking
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
