  • Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in balance of ingredients, drop on buttered Aluminum cookie sheets & bake until lightly browned. temperature 275-300 (Make sure you watch these, they burn quickly,using egg beaters doesn't work!:).
  • For X-mas: Add one red hot on top of each cookie.

  2. I was so excited to see this recipe. As soon as the printer stopped I made these. I was dissappointed. I called my mom and she said it could be because the recipe she uses calls for peanut butter and marshmellows. But everyone else seemed to enjoy them. Thanks for the recipe.
