• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 2 (623.68 g) can Mexican-style corn, drained
• 118.29 ml sour cream
• 118.29 ml mayonnaise
• 3 green onions, finely chopped
• 3 jalapenos, finely chopped (optional)
• 473.18 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 0.25 ml sugar

directions

1. Mix everything together.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Best served with Fritos Scoops chips.

My fam just brought this to our Christmas gathering! it is WONDERFUL!!! it sounded a bit weird at first but it is great! instead of the mexican corn they did regular w/ salsa and it was amazing...
