Great new way to enjoy corn on the cob, my favorite type of corn!!! I made this last night to go along with our dinner, ribs and simple side dish of red skins( Simple Side Dish With Red Skinned Potatoes) and it was great. I was lazy and used dried lemon zest and parsley, but it still added a nice citrus zip/tang to the corn. Next time I will definitely use fresh zested lemons, to me parsley doesn't add a lot of flavor, so I would still use the dried herb. Definitely a repeat here at our house!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe and a new way to enjoy corn on the cob. Made for Holiday Tag Game.

Just lovely butter! I like the 'brightness', from the zest, especially! This will be wonderful, in the summer, when corn is in season. This just gives me another reason to love summer! Thanks so much for sharing, Kate!

This was so easy to make and made a simple corn delicious! I rolled my in the cling wrap then refrigerated until I needed it. Then to serve I sliced to give it a pretty shape. Thanks so much for posting your recipe katew
