Great new way to enjoy corn on the cob, my favorite type of corn!!! I made this last night to go along with our dinner, ribs and simple side dish of red skins( recipe#222273) and it was great. I was lazy and used dried lemon zest and parsley, but it still added a nice citrus zip/tang to the corn. Next time I will definitely use fresh zested lemons, to me parsley doesn't add a lot of flavor, so I would still use the dried herb. Definitely a repeat here at our house!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe and a new way to enjoy corn on the cob. Made for Holiday Tag Game.
