This one is from the sister of a friend who used to own a Deli. When the deli closed, she finally gave up a few of the recipes. This was my favorite soup at the deli.
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 3 1⁄2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients except chives; simmer 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chives when serving.
