This one is from the sister of a friend who used to own a Deli. When the deli closed, she finally gave up a few of the recipes. This was my favorite soup at the deli.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes
  • 3 12 cups milk
  • salt and pepper
  • chives

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chives; simmer 20 minutes.
  2. Garnish with chives when serving.
