Use this topping for casseroles instead of the traditional bread crumb or cracker topping. This makes enough to top one 13x9-inch casserole.
- 6 ounces corn chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- ground black pepper
- Pulse the corn chips and butter in a food processor to make coarse crumbs.
- Toss the crumbs with the parsley and season with pepper.
- Set aside until needed.
