Corn Casserole/Pudding

They served this at the country club I used to work at. It was delicious.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can
corn
1 (8 ounce) can
creamed corn
4 tablespoons
melted
butter
2
eggs
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
1 ½ cups
crushed
crackers
½ cup
condensed milk
Directions:

Beat eggs, butter, cornstarch, and condensed milk together until well blended.

Stir in corn, creamed corn, and crackers.

Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.

Was looking for a different dish to serve for dinner - tried this tonight and really enjoyed it - and think I wil be making this for our Christmas dinner too! Thanks for sharing
