Corn Casserole II

This recipe is pretty good. I made it in a 9x12 casserole dish, but I think that was too large, as it turned out not as thick as I imagined.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 59.14 ml milk
  • 1 box Ritz cracker
  • 59.14 ml butter


  1. Mix egg and milk.
  2. Pour mixture and mix with corn.
  3. Mix in crumbled cra ckers to soak up moisture. Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  4. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
