This recipe is pretty good. I made it in a 9x12 casserole dish, but I think that was too large, as it turned out not as thick as I imagined.

This recipe is as good as it is simple. I have been lookig for a recipe that tasted as good or at least close to my grandmothers Corn Casserole. I found this one to meet my expectations. It is quick and easy to make with the simplest of ingredients. Best yet my two girls ages 6 & & love this and they never liked corn before!
