This recipe comes from my sister
- 1 onion
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
- 1 can creamed corn (no salt added)
- 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Saute onions in oleo.
- Add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
