Simple corn casserole for the holidays

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can corn, drained well
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together.
  2. Bake at 350°, for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean in center.
