- 8 ounces sour cream
- Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can sweet corn
- 1 (8 ounce) cansweet creamed corn
- Microwave 1 stick of butter til partially melted.
- Mix 2 eggs with the melted butter.
- Combine mixture with 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix 1 can Sour Cream.
- 3/4 of a can of Sweet Corn 3/4 can of Sweet Creamed Corn.
- Microwave in a 2 quart glass bowl for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
