    Ingredients:

    • egg
    • 8 ounces sour cream
    • butter
    • Jiffy cornbread mix
    • 1 (8 ounce) can sweet corn
    • 1 (8 ounce) can sweet creamed corn

    Directions:

      Microwave 1 stick of butter til partially melted.
    2. 2
      Mix 2 eggs with the melted butter.

      Combine mixture with 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix 1 can Sour Cream.

      3/4 of a can of Sweet Corn 3/4 can of Sweet Creamed Corn.

      Microwave in a 2 quart glass bowl for 5 minutes.

      Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
