This was a "mistake" recipe...making cornbread and it turned into a spoonbread hybrid

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 12 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 14 34 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. mix well.
  2. pour into a buttered 8 X 8 pan.
  3. bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean.
