The kids at teen Bible studies love it.
- 2 (10 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, with juice
- 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into greased 9"x13" inch dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
PAC 2009: Made this as a side dish for dinner. Very tasty and filling - easy to make too!
