- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) packagejiffy golden yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
- Combine all ingredients until blended.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
