- 1 cup white syrup
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 quarts popped corn
directions
- Cook sugar and syrup until it almost burns (about 8 minutes).
- Add butter, salt and soda.
- Stir and pour over the popped corn.
