VERY easy to make; also easy to double, freeze, & save for later.
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 can kidney bean, drained
- 1 can canned corn niblet, drained--do not substitute
- 1 cup grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Brown& drain hamburger.
- Add beans and corn; mix well.
- Season to taste w/salt& pepper.
- Place mixture in a 9x9 dish and cover w/grated cheese.
- Heat in oven for 30 minutes or until warm.
