      So simple and delicious! I whipped this up for a potluck this afternoon and added 3 cups cooked garbanzo beans. Love the fresh zesty flavors!

      I really enjoyed this salad - very fresh and tasty. Also, was very easy to make, had to use can corn as there are no fresh ears of corn at the store, but still it was great. Can't wait to make it this summer.

      A terrific salsa-like salad. We made it as written except for using green capsicum (bell pepper) instead of tomato. Great flavours, great colour and ready in minutes. Thanks!
