From Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller on the Food Network
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed or 2 cups canned corn, drained
- 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
