I got this recipe out of the Healthy Cooking Magazine and we loved it...Putting here so I can always find it easily...Great easy side dish...

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute red pepper and onion in oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the corn, italian seasoning, salt and pepper; cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
  4. Drain pasta; stir into the pan with vegetables.
  5. Enjoy!

This was a nice change for a side dish. I served it with salmon. I used small orange, yellow and red peppers. I think it tasted even better the next day.
