I thought these were just ok. I made exactly as is but they came out pretty dry. The flavor was also a little bland. Might make again with some adjustments. Thanks!!
Wow, these were so tasty. I used a bit more corn, and I loved the texture it gave to the griddle cakes. They tasted really good with salsa on top; thanks for sharing.
These were just okay. Followed the recipe exactly and the texture (very heavy) wasn't quite what I was expecting. Kind of bland too. I will make again but will have to change it up quite a bit.

This has to be my new favorite comfort food! I used full-fat mozzarella cheese and 3% fat milk and it was delicious! No pico de gallo to be found, so I used the Middle Eastern version instead -- matbucha. My youngest really enjoyed what she called polenta pancakes. I made this for ZWT5 and I'm so glad I did, otherwise I might never have happened upon this recipe! Thanks!
