This recipe is from "Green Hills Garden Club Cooks...Favorite Recipes from Vicksburg, MS" (Jeanette Abraham). This dip recipe is a great dip for parties. It sure beats that French Onion dip. Enjoy!
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces mexicorn
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill overnight.
- Mixture will be doubled in volume.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
