The meat came out very tender with a subtle flavor from the wine. Very nice. Serve with flavorful sides to appreciate this dish. I basically used this recipe as a straight-up marinade for country-style pork ribs. Then I grilled them. Made for ZWT 6.

  1. Mix the pork fillet cubes with 100 gram rose wine, coriander powder, cinnamon, garlic, olive oil and soy sauce.
  2. Marinate for at least 8 hours.
  3. Take the meat out of the marinade and make it dry.
  4. Stir fry for 15 minutes until the meat is nice and brown.
  5. Add the marinade and the rest of the wine,
  6. Boil on high heat until the liquid has evaporated,.
  7. Decorate with green coriander.
