"Another marinade recipe from my files. This is a nice marinade for pork or beef. After marinating and refrigeration, allow meat to come back to room temp before grilling."

• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 14.79 ml crushed coriander seed
• 14.79 ml fresh coarse ground black pepper
• 14.79 ml brown sugar
• 44.37 ml soy sauce

directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Brush over pork or beef.
